Theme:  Recapturing the Dream to Make it A Reality


On January 16, 2023, Gateway Technical College honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy of character and service by recognizing individuals and organizations who exemplify these attributes.  Each award recipient has shown exemplary dedication to providing outreach and support in our community.

The award will go to students, adults and organizations distinguished for humanitarian contributions to society in their school, business or profession, as well as their dedication to volunteerism or philanthropic life’s work.  Individuals may nominate a living resident or organization of Kenosha County, Racine County, or Walworth County who instills pride within the community and inspires others.

Gateway will recognize the honorees during the Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration at noon on January 16, 2023 in person and virtually at hzyixin.net/MLK.
